Young people's activities are a regular feature at the Homing In Conference

Design a Supported Accommodation Unit Activity, Homing In Conference 2007 - Ten young people took on the task of designing a supported accommodation unit. Not only did they have to work out the layout, the size of rooms and the facilities, they also had to work to a tight budget. The session was made possible by John Gilbert Architects.

Fab Pad Activity, Homing In Conference 2006 - Young people worked creatively with Impact Arts to produce attractive household items on a budget. These were displayed for delegates at the end of the conference and presented in a power point presentation (View Presentation)

Video in a Day Activity, Homing In Conference 2005 - Young people worked on the Video in a Day activity where story boards were created to portray the young people's experiences of being homeless. They storyboards and accompanying video were presented at the end of the conference.
