Running a Training Session – getting started

Breaking the ice; exchanging names. Some short exercises with a housing-twist. Being aware of the composition of the group, e.g. salient facts, who knows who etc.

Potential trainers with limited teaching/training experience (or looking for refresher)

Visual aids and handouts. Small group work (techniques). Large group work (techniques). The overall structure of the session. Setting the pace. Breaks etc.
